Black Bean Soup (Vegan)


Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups black beans

salt and pepper to taste

1 spoon of avocado oil

2 teaspoons cumin

1/2 red onion

1/2 red bell pepper

2 garlic cloves

2 celery ribbes

Preparation:

Beans:

Leave beans seating in water overnight.

Rinse beans and cook over 5 cups over water at medium heat. (45 minutes)

You can also cook beans faster using instant pot.

For Flavor:

Poo 1 tbs of Avocado oil in a pan

Add Garlic

Add chopped onions

Add chopped celery Add chopped red bell peppers

Salt, pepper and cumin.

(Let it cook for 5 minutes)

Add 1/4 cup of water. (Let it cook for 5 more minutes)

Add to bean pot.
