Animal vs Plant Protein: (Case study reveals)

Science-backed studies provide information that’s essential for us, because years of research and other resources have been poured into finding key results. And a game-changing study has just been released. Conducted by Dr. Walter Willett of the Harvard School of Public Health and Dr. Valter Longo of the University of Southern California, the study looked at animal protein diets versus plant protein diets.

The research looked at 130,000 participants over three decades of their life. Think about that: more than 30 years of data, tests, and findings. And the results are conclusive. Those participants that ate a plant-protein heavy diet had a significantly less chance of developing cardiovascular disease, cancer, or other diseases that could lead to early death. Participants who ate animal products (meat, dairy, and eggs) were linked to higher rates of inflammation, disease, and death.

There’s no way around this. Eating more plant-based proteins is clinically proven to be good for your health. Don't know where to start? Try Sunwarrior Plant-Based protein shake which delivers 25 gr of protein.
